Police: McQueary Didn’t Contact Us

So much for that defense. Penn State police and State College police both said that Mike McQueary never contacted them about child sexual abuse. In an email that the Associated Press was forwarded Tuesday, the former football coach, who was then a graduate student, told a friend that he “stopped” Jerry Sandusky from raping a 10-year-old boy in the locker room in 2002. By "stopped," McQueary wrote that he didn’t do anything physically but instead contacted the police and campus police. What was said in the email directly contradicts his grand-jury statements. Meanwhile, a new judge was appointed to the Sandusky case after it was revealed that the previous judge was a volunteer at Sandusky’s charity.
