In a Bloomberg National Poll released Wednesday, President Obama opened up a 13-point lead against his challenger, Mitt Romney. Fifty-three percent of likely voters picked Obama as opposed to 40 percent for Romney. Overall, 53 percent said they thought Obama was doing a good job, while 44 percent disagreed with that statement—although the numbers are reversed when it comes to the economy. Fifty-five percent of respondents said they found Romney to be out of touch, compared with just 36 percent for Obama. Obama was also far more trusted to deal with world leaders, and also was chosen as a better seatmate on a flight.
