The prosecution rested its case Monday in the sex-abuse trial of former Penn State assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky, with the judge saying that he will not move to dismiss the charges. Judge John Cleland said that he harbored doubts about the state’s case Monday, but said that he believes there is enough credible evidence against Sandusky for the case to go before a jury. The 68-year-old Nittany Lions legend is charged with 52 counts of sexual abuse against 10 boys over a 15-year period. Sandusky denies all charges. One teen, known as Victim 9, testified Thursday that Sandusky repeatedly forced him to have anal sex that resulted in bleeding. The teen testified that he “just dealt with it.”
