Prosecutors Seek Death Penalty for Roof

South Carolina prosecutors on Thursday to seek the death penalty for Dylann Roof. After his initial court appearance, some of those related to the victims in the Charleston church shooting expressed forgiveness for Roof while other people said they trusted the authorities to make the right decision. Ninth Circuit Solicitor Scarlett Wilson was the sole arbiter of the decision and met the victims' families to discuss the pending decision in the past few weeks.
