Some unpleasant words for President Obama and the Democrats: “I'm not going away. I'm here,” Charlie Rangel said in a speech on the House floor on Tuesday. Rangel admitted that, “If I was you I might want me to go away too,” but insisted that he will stay put, despite the 13 ethics charges against him. He said that if the House really wants him gone, then the ethics panel should expedite its charges against him.
