Just a week after rebels against Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi took over a key border post on the Tunisian border, government forces have overrun them and recaptured the Dehiba-Wazin crossing. The battle reportedly spilled into Tunisia, and the rebels fled into the neighboring country. The back-and-forth is the latest in an uneasy stalemate, with neither side able to fully solidify and build on prior gains. Elsewhere in the west, Gaddafi’s forces are said to be using Russian-made missiles that could threaten civilians.
