Special counsel Robert Mueller’s team of investigators has requested documents from the White House relating to ex-National Security Advisor Michael Flynn, the New York Times reported on Friday night. Mueller’s team has also made inquiries relating to accusations that Flynn received funds from the government of Turkey during the presidential campaign. The requests are not in the form of a subpoena, the Times reported, but are the first request for records that Mueller’s ever-expanding team have made in relation to Flynn.
