U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon is reportedly traveling to North Korea this week for a potential meeting with leader Kim John Un, according to a South Korea Yonhap news agency report on Sunday. Ban had previously been invited to visit an inter-Korean factory park in the city of Kaesong six months ago before Pyongyang canceled his invitation. He had not planned to visit Pyongyang at that time. Yonhap, which cited an unnamed source, gave no details on the purpose of Ban's trip or which day it would take place. U.N. spokesman Stephane Dujarric and Seoul's Unification Ministry said they had no comment. Ban's trip would mark the first time a U.N. head visited North Korea since Boutros Boutros-Ghali in 1993.
