Rip Torn might not be guilty of attempted bank robbery, but he did plead guilty to reckless endangerment, criminal trespass, criminal mischief, and illegal carrying of a firearm. The Tony and Emmy Award-winning actor was arrested on Jan. 29 when he was found drunk and packing a loaded pistol inside a Connecticut bank. He said he broke into the bank thinking it was his own home. Torn received a two-and-a-half year suspended sentence and three years probation, as well as random drug and alcohol testing for his crimes.
