Rob Kardashian's lawyer said posting nude photos of Blac Chyna last week was “a spontaneous reaction that he regrets.” His actions may be criminal—the state of California recognized “revenge porn” as part of the Penal Code in 2013. A Los Angeles Superior Court commissioner granted Chyna a temporary restraining order against Kardashian on Monday, and set a hearing for August 8. Kardashian's lawyer Robert Shapiro reportedly told a judge there was no need for a hearing on the restraining order, and said “Rob's only concern is for the well-being of baby Dream.”
