It's not the getting it on qualities of "Blurred Lines" that Marvin Gaye's children take issue with. Two of the singer's children are suing Robin Thicke, Pharrell, and T.I. for copyright infringement on Gaye's song "Got to Give It Up." In August, the three musicians filed a case to a federal judge to rule that the song was not copied, but this countersuit argues that music company EMI didn't properly protect their father's property by failing to pursue the claim based on the songs' similarities in the first place.
