Oscar-winning producer Robert Chartoff, remembered for his work on Rocky and Raging Bull died on Wednesday at his Santa Monica home after suffering from pancreatic cancer. He was 81. The critical-acclaimed producer most recently was a producer on the 2013 sci-fi film Ender's Game, but found success with his business partner Irwin Winkler by producing more than 25 feature films between 1967 and 1985 alone. The pair won an Oscar for best picture for Rocky in 1976 and received best picture Oscar nominations for Martin Scorsese's 1980 film Raging Bull and The Right Stuff in 1983. The duo's repertoire of films have won 12 Oscars and 40 nominations.
