It probably isn’t good enough for a seat at the Queen’s table, but 100 lucky commoners will win a ticket to Britain's big royal wedding this spring. Prince William and Kate Middleton are set to hold a lottery for 100 tickets to their April 29 nuptials. And the winners will earn all the rights and privileges of other invited guests, from attending the ceremony at Westminster Abbey to the reception—probably at Buckingham Palace. According to London’s Sun, the lottery invitees will even have the chance to raise a toast to the newlyweds. Of course, they will have to deal with a strict dress code and a full background check. "William and Kate wanted the British people involved at a deeper level than simply holding street parties," a source close to the planning committee said.
