Break out the Stoli—those signature C’s are heading to Russia. Chanel is traveling to Moscow for an encore showing of its “Paris-Moscow” ready-to-wear collection, and it’s been a long homecoming for the luxury brand. Fashion impresario Karl Lagerfeld will be on hand to debut the collection (which was first seen in Paris last December). The May 29 show will mark the first time Chanel has shown a collection in Moscow since 1967. In honor of the unveiling, a temporary Chanel boutique will be set up at the large boutique Podium and a private screening of the upcoming film Coco Chanel and Igor Stravinsky will debut as well.
