The fraternity embroiled in a nationwide scandal over racist chants by members of its University of Oklahoma chapter said Tuesday that it will appoint a director of diversity and inclusion and devote a toll-free hotline to members wishing to report inappropriate remarks. Sigma Alpha Epsilon said it will also implement a diversity training program “to root out and eliminate this sort of reprehensible behavior from our organization,” said executive director Blaine Ayers.
