A normal day at work ended with a near-death experience for one woman on Friday. Marissa Dub, who works at an exotic cat refuge in Indiana, was attacked by a tiger when she forgot to close a door separating its cage from a holding area. The tiger reportedly held Dub's head in its mouth until her coworkers were able to distract it by spraying it with a hose. Dub was out of the cage by the time emergency workers arrived and, although she was listed in critical condition on Friday evening, none of her injuries are believed to be life-threatening. This is a new experience for the sanctuary, which hasn't reported an injury since it opened in 1991. What happens to the tiger remains to be seen.
