Mitt Romney and his supporters can’t say they weren’t warned. Rick Santorum told a crowd that negative attacks wouldn’t work in his home state of Pennsylvania, where the voters know him. “All of the negative attacks are, I think, going to fall on a lot of deaf ears here,” Santorum said. “We’ve got a strong base of support here.” Santorum lost all three primaries on Tuesday night and is hoping for a strong win in Pennsylvania to resuscitate his campaign. The former senator also said he had no plans to quit the race even though Romney has taken a commanding lead.
