In the latest harebrained scheme to stop the massive oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico, a saw got stuck in a pipe of the busted oil well, which Coast guard Admiral Thad Allen says will delay containment efforts until Wednesday afternoon at the earliest. Even if this plan eventually works, the flow will not stop altogether until August at the earliest.
