The U.S. Supreme Court decided on Monday to not reimpose new restrictions on partisan poll watchers in Ohio which Democrats had sought prior to Election Day. The justices kept a prior decision by a federal appeals court that had tossed restrictions imposed by a judge on Friday on people who keep an eye on voting activity. According to the ruling, they may not interrogate voters within 100 feet of a polling place, block them from entering or photograph them there.
