Shaq Accused of Computer Hacking

Shaquille O’Neal is being sued for emotional distress by a former employee who alleges that Shaq tried to frame an employee by putting child porn on his computer and destroyed evidence by throwing a computer in a lake. According to the lawsuit, filed by former employee Shawn Darling, Shaq allegedly committed these crimes while trying to cover up several affairs from his wife. Darling says Shaq hacked into and deleted voicemails of his former mistress, Vanessa Lopez. Darling says that after he learned about Lopez, he reached out to help her, and Shaq retaliated by planting child pornography on his computer.
