Disney and Lucasfilm announced the cast list for upcoming "Star Wars: Episode VIII" on Monday, featuring new characters played by Benicio Del Toro and Laura Dern. The new film is being written and directed by Rian Johnson, the creator of "Looper." The actors from the recent "Stars Wars: The Force Awakens" are set to return as well. "Episode VIII" is slated for release on December 15, 2017.
