His lawyers say he has surrendered his passport and will not flee the country; they also propose a $1 million cash bail and keeping him under house arrest with electronic monitoring at his daughter’s home in New York. His original attempt to get out on bail, denied Monday, was similar but did not include the promise of house arrest.
