In a case of race education gone seriously wrong, an Atlanta teacher is on leave after students from her AP history course donned fake Ku Klux Klan outfits while making a film about the history of racism in America. “It was poor judgment on my part, allowing them to film at school,” said Catherine Ariemma after several black students complained about the incident. School administrators have plans to view the film to determine if it should be shown in class, and Ariemma could stand to lose her job over the controversy. "This stuff happened in history. Do you ignore it? No," said the district superintendent. "But you certainly don't walk the hallway in the garb."
