Suspected Masturbating Robber Shot

A robber was shot when he tried to break into an apartment after unlawfully entering a previous household and masturbating on its balcony, according to investigators in suburban Philadelphia. The alleged burglar broke into a woman’s apartment Sunday night in Bensalem, Pennsylvania. “He was touching himself inappropriately on the second-floor balcony when he was confronted by the female,” said Bensalem Police Director of Public Safety Fred Harran. He then stole the woman’s dog and climbed out the back window. The suspect then broke into a second apartment, where a resident shot him twice. Officials say the suspect is in critical condition.
