Sweden’s high court refused to let Julian Assange appeal a court order seeking his arrest to face questioning over alleged sex crimes, the New York Times reported Thursday. The WikiLeaks founder is wanted in Sweden and the ruling confirms that the arrest warrant is still in force, the paper says. He is also on Interpol's worldwide wanted list. Meanwhile, The Independent says that Assange has been in the U.K. since October. Assange's lawyers told British police about Assange's whereabouts when he arrived in the country and he has yet to leave, the U.K. paper says. So far, the British police have refused to arrest him. His lawyers say he isn't hiding. Assange has conducted a number of interviews from his current location since the whistle-blowing website released the recent batch of confidential documents.
