Tiger Woods will soon fall from the world’s top 10 golfers for the first time in 14 years. In the next rankings, to be published Monday, Woods will rank, at best, at No. 11. The last time he was out of the top 10 was April 6, 1997, the week before he won his first-ever major at the Masters. Woods has not won a tournament in 18 months.
