Police have captured convicted murderer Tracy Province—one of two "extremely violent" prison escapees from Arizona—in Meeteetse, Wyoming, about 60 miles outside Yellowstone National Park. On the run since July 30, authorities found the 42-year-old armed with a handgun and raising a hitchhiking sign that had "Casper" written on it. Investigators believe Province, who was serving a life sentence for murder, escaped with fellow inmate John McCluskey and their alleged accomplice, Casslyn Welch. "They have nothing to lose," U.S. Marshal David Gonzalez told ABC News. "We consider them very, extremely dangerous, violent. And when you have individuals who feel trapped, cornered, God knows where this could lead to."
