The Turkish government arrested 30 journalists in a crackdown on media organizations by President Recep Erdogan following an attempted coup against his regime nearly two weeks ago. Turkish journalist Mahir Zeynalov reported Wednesday that the country also shuttered 45 newspapers, 15 magazines, 29 publishing houses, 18 television channels, 23 radio channels, and three news-wire services.
