YouTube and Twitter users in Turkey can once again visit the social-networking sites, after the government imposed a short-lived ban on them for hosting images of a Turkish prosecutor slain by far-left militants. The government considers images of the prosecutor, held at gunpoint, to be anti-government propaganda, and sites had to remove such images to get off the blacklist. The Turkish government also threatened to impose a similar ban on Google.
