Police in North Carolina have arrested three men, including two soldiers, in connection with the shooting death of two men outside a restaurant last week. Local media identified the suspects as Ferris Brown, Javier Johnson, and Daivon Chambers. The three men were charged by the Fayetteville Police Department with two counts of first-degree murder, two counts of robbery with a dangerous weapon and two counts of conspiracy to commit robbery for allegedly killing two men outside a Smokey Bones restaurant on Sept. 5. Brown, 20, and Johnson, 19, are reportedly both active duty soldiers. All three have been jailed without bond.
