Don’t mistake her for “Kate Middle Class” any longer: Middleton is a star. Prince William’s fiancée has turned heads throughout Britain, and the press is now taking the lead. Middleton and Prince William made a rare public appearance at St. Andrews on Friday, the university where they met and fell in love nearly a decade ago. But forget Wills—the press focused all its attention on Middleton, the fashion icon, Hollywood-worthy new princess. “Kate’s a corker,” wrote the Daily Mirror, while the Times and Daily Telegraph all featured Middleton’s smiling face on their front pages. Richard Palmer, the royal correspondent for the Daily Express, tweeted Friday: “my verdict on Kate? She’s going to be a real star.”
