Brandon Lyons has always been active. The EY consultant has done everything from road races to skydiving; so, when a tragic accident left him paralyzed from the waist down, his whole world could have come down—but it didn’t.
“The doctors said that I had less than 1 percent chance to regain all of my function,” says an upbeat Brandon. “I immediately thought, it wasn’t zero, so I could be that 1 percent to actually overcome this.”
