What’s that groovy vehicle? It’s the VW Bulli, a concept van that the German carmaker has unveiled at the Geneva Auto Show. The microbus recalls the iconic van that was a favorite of hippies, and even keeps the same German nickname, the Bulli. The new version has an updated look, but it’s got the same bench seating and two-tone paint as the ‘60s icon. Even more cutting edge: The stereo, heating, and cooling run on an iPad, and it’s powered by a stunningly efficient electric motor that can go nearly 190 miles on a single battery charge. VW hasn’t yet confirmed whether they’ll put the Bulli into mass production.
