She’s already received an OBE from her native Britain and been portrayed by actress Meryl Streep on the silver screen in The Devil Wears Prada, but now, legendary fashion editrix Anna Wintour is set to receive France’s highest honor: the Légion d’honneur. Although the U.S. Vogue editor in chief has yet to confirm the news herself, WWD is reporting that she is to receive the prize, presented by the country’s president, Nicolas Sarkozy, at an official ceremony sometime this year. Wintour will join past honorees Giorgio Armani, Nicole Farhi, and Karl Lagerfeld.
