Has he ever heard of calling in sick? Casey James Fury, a shipyard worker in Maine, pleaded guilty Thursday to arson in the submarine fire that caused about $400 million in damage in May. “The reason he set the fire was in order to get out of work,” said a NCIS special agent. Fury admitted to using a cigarette lighter to set the blaze, which burned on the USS Miami for 12 hours and injured five emergency responders. Fury was also charged with igniting a second fire near the submarine in June.
